differences between CS2 and CS3

tried a search first to see if i could find anything on here. couldnt see anything, though i probably didnt search hard enough.
anyways, is there a big difference between the 2. is it worth upgrading to CS3 if i already have CS2? is the interface etc much different as ive grown used to CS2.

I'll probably get PS3 for the RAW additions alone. That one reason was why I used Lightroom to work on my RAW files before I sent them to PS2, theres just SO MANY MORE options there than CS2. If CS3 has these options, im uninstalling Lightroom and going back to PS/Bridge combo
