Thanks for the lead She...

Is there only a British version? There are prices for it in the US and England. The British price is astronomical... Who is the publisher? There might be two different publishers for these publications, one in England and one in the US...

It's probably too late to find a May Issue on the news stands... The June issue will come out any day...

Will look for it in the library...

Thanks for the lead.

I know Borders carries a lot of import music magazines. Maybe the same for photography rags?

Google search result:
British Link to the UK Magazine or version?

I checked the site out earlier...can't seem to get the link up at this time... give it a try... there might be an article available for reference...
Here is another link to the UK Mag.:

It is a brit pub, you might be able to get it in the US.

It's my aquaintance that wrote the day in the life of article- steve gerrard.

If any of you desperatly want to see it and cant get hold of it i'll type it up if there are enough requests.

On another note, i got a magazine print this month :)

Well, I checked Border's today, and they didn't have it. They had a number of other Brit magazines, though, and DAMN those are pricey...

Ayy Tipsy... What's a quid?

I can only think of "squid" when you mention quid (not very creative, am I.)... since that makes no sense... would you say a quid is 75 cents worth? More? Less? How much more, or how much less?.. the curiosity is killing me...

I wouldn't know a quid if it fell on me, but the British mags here start around ten bucks...

a quid is one pound.
i don't know what the current exchange rate is.
but i think $1 = about 60 pence.

there is also an interview with John McMurtie in this months Digital SLR Photography magazine.

Hes shot over 100 magazine covers including Metal Hammer and Total Guitar and has just been Iron Maidens official photog.

Thats a nice read if anyone is interested.
