Help to find tools!! PLEASE

So a while ago someone posted a thread that had a link to download an amazing blur/sharpen tool for CS2.

I recently changed computers. I didn't copy the blur/sharpen tools across.

This gist was that this tool supposedly did a much better job than USM.

I believe it did, and loved it.

Now I can't find it again.

Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

Please don't post ideas of the sharpening method you like the most. This post is to locate a particular method only.

I will really appreciate anyones memories :)
