I ordered a few end-caps and a diffuser May 9, received them today, the 19th. Total shipping was $9.90.
Smooth transaction. I'll buy from them again.

I have some blowers and lenspens in my card, and my shipping is now showing as $10 more than my order total. I sent them an email, they have something broken. It is not brower-related, I tried by FF and MSIE, same thing, it adds $9.90 per item.

I was always curious if this was a legitimate company selling legitimate products and based on this thread and bocaj's awesome video :) , I decided to go ahead and order from them.

I went ahead and did the transaction through eBay under their name Besteastern (99.6% positive feedback). I purchased two CP filters

(HOYA 77mm PRO1 DIGITAL Circular Polarizer Filter DMC &
[IMAGE TOO SMALL, NOT RENDERED INLINE]
B+W 77mm Kaesemann MRC Circular Polarizer Filter
) for a total of $183.80 plus $18.90 shipping from Hong Kong. I had been torn about which CP to purchase so considering B&H sells their 77 Kaeseman for $164.00, I could pick up both and do my own test.

Their eBay ad says shipping time typically is 5 - 10 days and I paid via PayPal.
I figured if I wasn't happy with the transaction, I could always leave negative feedback and make myself feel better.

Bought my B+W Kaesemann MRC Circular Polarizer there. The packaging is questionable but I guess it's not bad since nothing was damaged. Filter works great. Shipping was $9.95 for me.

Make sure you check all of their different "brand" sites. It was slightly cheaper for me to order from their Vendio site as opposed to ebay or their own site.

So is anyone else getting $9.90 shipping per item?

I received an emailed response to my question to them about the $9 per item shipping. They stated that that indeed is the case where appropiate, because this is where they make up their costs. Basically, their price plus the individual shipping total is still cheaper than where you can get the items anywhere else.

Of course this makes no sense for items like the Lenspen and the giottos blowers, because adding the $8.90 per additional item puts these well over what I can get them elsewhere. Based on this, the only deals at this site are the filters and not much else.

This site has persuaded me to give them a go so hopefully I will have a nicve package later this week. With the shipping I guess it was charged per total cost or weight as I ordered two filters and a bunch of stepping rings and lens caps but was charged $36.60 for 8 items in total. Overall price though was still excellent.

Michael.

Comments, bribes, criticism, bribes, irrelevant anecdotes, and bribes always welcome.
EXIF is available inside all my photos, though bribes are still recommended anyway.

I bought a b+w kaseman mrc 77 uv. Works great and makes same shots as my smaller filter. But still questionable because i wonder, in a (offical) b+w package i have (smaller filter) the foam with a hole in it to fit the filter. Why is this not on the 77mm. Can someone check this in his package that did not bought it from them.?

I live in netherlands shipping took 4 days! Great service.

p.s. do not buy the onmibounce it sucks! I just bought a real one and it really makes a diffence.
