i would thank each of you for looking ill thank every one for there comments i appreciate
it very much blue tit was my fav and it seems to go well here i also found the starlings colour in such dull conditions a suprise. glad you like the pigeon chris when he/she landed it was a perfect portrait and the 700mm gave me the f/f i wanted. hung the blk bird is this years young? although i would have thought the tail would be there by now.

Those are great photos, I too really like the blue tit shot, were you indors when taking these or very well hidden.

thanks for looking and comments mark . yes the blue tit and long tail tit have been a dream for me to capture so now if got my own garden im gettinmg set up for this .
im lucky that ive built an observatory for my telescope which has the back split so i can use it like a hide a a reserve . although im pointing south i can get some great images early morning.

Great series of shots. They are all well captured. The last shot is my favorite for pose details and composition. The blue tit is also a fantastic shot. Well done. :)

Great shots as always Jason. Had to laugh at the blackbird. I was going to say to get the tail in the shot next time, but, he doesn't have a tail yet. :)

All nice and sharp, great poses and back grounds. I can see why the Blue Tit is your favourite. The Pose and Perch to begin with and killer BG, nice and sharp, and spot on exposure. Super!

thanks gary appreciate the comments. im glad the blue tit wins the hearts of people . although they are becoming more cruffy looking as there main priority is to feed there young. will have another go in the morning.

Wow! These are all amazingly sharp, lovely shots. As for my fav..... You know it's got to be the Blue Tit though right? :D Gotta love that dynamic pose!

So I'm assuming that all of these are manual focus. Nice shots. My fav is also the Tit because of color, bg and the wood texture, but the pigeon comes in a close second.
