I'm a noob--obviously--and I'm not sure I'm posting this in the right place(or whether there's a help forum that I didn't see) but...

I'm working on something in Photoshop Elements 5.0 and I was wondering if anybody on here knows how to add a layer mask? In regular Photoshop, appearantly all you have to do is Layer>Add Layer Mask or something, but that option doesn't show in Elements. Is there any way I can get a layer mask on here?

Thanks

Hi NeonFishnets - WELCOME!

I don't think elements supports layer masks, but I stand to be corrected on that.
I seem to remember that you can get 'plugins' or similar to get them though...

Might pay to post this in the 'RAW, Post processing and printing' section, or ask a Moderator to move this thread, I'm sure you'll get more (helpful) replies than this one! :-)
