Since E2 is recommended for the new Canon sensors (XTi, 5D) and can also be used on other sensors (30D etc), is there any reason not to buy E2 if I have a 30D. In other words...does one perform any better or any safer than the other.
Since they seem to be the same price, and E2 can appearently be used on either type sensor...why would one buy the original Eclipse solution?
Thanks,
Tom

I suggest reading this thread at DPReview...
It's not as clear cut I'm afraid.
