I had a $50 gift certificate for Amazon.com, so I bought a much needed cleaning kit. It came with some pec-pads, swabs, sensor wand, large rocket blower and some eclipse cleaning solution.

My 30D is just a few weeks old, but I already had some annoying specks. I started with the rocket blower and was amazed that it alone got rid of all the visible specks. I was surprised that simply blowing in there lightly didnt do the trick, but the rocket blower did a great job.

It's nice to know it's that simple, depending on the amount of dust. I'm sure I'll get into the solution after awhile.
