These guys are in non-stop motion, always flitting around the fields. I found it next to impossible to pan with them when they were close (sometimes within 5 ft!), so I had to settle for some heavier crops. Not only do they fly erratically, but I found the background was usually the ground, which made AF difficult with such a small bird.
Exposure was a bit tough with the evening sun as well.
