Nikon adapter for canon body?

wasn't sure where to put this... i thought this was teh best place.

Anyone know of or use an adapter where i could mount nikon lenses to my canon body?? Buddy of mine has some zeiss nikon mount lenses that i would love to strap onto my canon.

i've searched the net but haven't really found anything.
