What setting for USM using CS2??

I'm still quite new to PP and just wondered if any of you have a generic setting that you use most when sharpening a photo using PS CS2?

I know that some pictures require different amount of sharpening but I'm wanting a setting that I can import into Lightroom that is more effective than Lightrooms own sharpening.

I'm confused with the settings Amount, Radius & Threshhold???

There is no one setting for all photos, out put/print size impacts settings, and different cameras need different settings as well,.

That said, try starting with radius of 0.1-0.3 amount in the 100-300 range, and threashold at 0-3
