These were taken off Lover's Leap, west of Lake Tahoe. A couple of my friends. 400+ foot drop from top of their arc. Taken with canon 70-300, digi rebel. About 75 feet below them and 100 yards away.

Oh my god! My understanding is that base jumping involves parachutes... these guys aren't just flying off a cliff on their ski's and landing a 400ft jump are they? O_O!!!
