Thanks Gary and Mitch, it was a little of a cheat. These wood ducks are located in a public park where visitors feed them bread. If you sit down on the bank, they will swim up to you looking for a hand out. The area also provides nest boxes for the ducks.

They are cute. You captured them well. And the detail on the adult male is excellent.

WE have the babies here at the Wetlands also...I haven't got any shots as nice as these. Beautiful and the male is outstanding.
