Nice open mouth.

Nice angle, exposure, colors and details in what must have been a tough shoot as i don't imagine these birds come out in the open too much.

I can just imagine how fast these fellow must be hoping around. Congratulations on these two nice shots.

Good capture, ours are not singing much at the moment, weathers to cold.

Both lovely shots. The detail in #1 is great, and i love the pose in #2.

I'm assuming noise reduction has reduced the detail in the 2nd, and was wondering if anyone knows a way around this, as it happens to me all the time. I use Noise Ninja, but my knowledge is very limited (i just click 'okay' and voila!).

The bird was going ballistic in the second shot and it is probably my fault re : lack of detail.
