squirl033 Goldmember  More info | May 06, 2007 19:20 | #1 mama blackbird built her nest about 3 feet from the viewing platform at a local wetland park, and her eggs hatched a couple of days ago. it's a bit challenging shooting through the 'window' in the dead cattails (gotta use manual focus, AF gets confused by the reeds!), and the view is a bit cramped, but it's still a window into a world most people don't get to see...
