hadn't seen one of these before, so i was a bit excited to get a shot of one, even if it's not a terribly good photo - slow shutter and a crick-in-the-neck aiming angle, and this is cropped about 70%, which didn't help the image quality any... :( there were 6 or 7 of these little beauties flitting around up in the fir trees - WAY up in the fir trees! - at a park near my house, and even though i didn't have near enough 'reach' to do them justice, i had to take the shot!
