A nice shot and composition, you should level the post, it feels like it going to fall over.

I am signed up with a State birding list here in Wisconsin. About a month ago when those bad storms came through, a guy posted that he was making the rounds of tree swallow boxes in the forest and found a lot of frozen birds, but in many boxes he found up to 20 tree swallows stuffed into the box, one on top of the other and all alive, to share the warmth. Pretty cool. :)
