how can i change the colors of the background in the standard view?

canon 5d markII,24L & 24ts , 35L ,17-40L,24-70L,70-200 2.8ISL,50 1.4,85 1.4 , canon eos 3 ,eos 5 ,t90 , ae program and some very sweet fd lenses
3 analogic Hasselblad and 2 anologic Mamiya

Select a forground color, Paint bucket tool, shift click the BG.

On the 'full size': CS3 behaves differnt from CS2 in that aspect. No workaround that I know of.

after can i reset in cs2 the original color?

CS2 works the same.
If you want to go back to the default, you set the foreground color to that. I guess it's somewhere around RGB=180 (you could check before you alter, by clicking the background (that is, the background surrounding the image) with the eyedropper tool. Your foreground color will then change to the default gray. Double click the foreground icon to see the RGB values)
