Hmmmm. Seems LR is stripping EXIF. Great.

ISO 1600, f/1.4 1/640s. Seems I was lucky to get a sharp image ;)
If I'ld been paying attention, I'ld have stopped down to f/2 or so...

I like the Transmitter color scheme and composition...

The wires look in focus, is the face a bit soft?

Heiko Laux looks pretty cool, composition wise, too...

Very probable. Lighting was crap. (Full event (Q&D through LR) here (external link))
I had been sipping a few beers (That kinda line up), since I wasn't "really" working.
Like I said: otherwise, I would have stopped down a bit.
Also, the guy was jumping like a maniac...

Hey John-

I think we are seeing a classic generational difference in the use of the word DJ here. The people you show are generally radio "hosts" who's prime function is to provide verbal dialog about the broadcast and they rarely select, play, or mix the actual music-usually that is done by the engineer. The current use of the word DJ is most commonly used for skilled performers who select, play, and mix different sound sources simultaneously usually for a dance crowd in a club environment.

Nice. Pity you just cropped the fingers in #1 and 3... (mostly in #1)

Thanks. It's becoming a "feature" of mine clipping the fingers! Must be more careful...
