Hello

Just installed CS3 having played with the beta version for a while.

Now I can no longer see thumbnails of dng, cr2 or crw in explorer (xp professional). Tried reloading dp magic plus - that used to work, and the arcsoft software that sometimes worked, but no joy.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Best Wishes

Geoffrey Pocock

Yep, I'm having the same problem. There are a few "fixes" out there on the web if you search, something about adding a few files and loading them into the registry so Windows will display the preview. I tried that but still have no success in getting a thumbnail preview with a .psd file. I guess this is a feature that adobe took out after PS7 since Microsoft said it caused crashes of windows explorer. My old computer has PS7 and then CS2 installed, I had no issues with the thumbnails. I built a new computer last week and installed CS3 and my previews went away. Hopefully someone will chime in with a fix that actually works.
