Beautiful image, Chris. Clear, crisp and sharp. Very well done. And a handsome bird to boot.

And (here we go again) I don't find the background distracting. I think it adds some character. But that's me!

Very nicely captured and the BG doesn't bother me as this is their element. The pose with the open beak is a bonus . I have seen a few only so far this year and have had no opportunities ...nice job!
