Thanks Trevor. I'm waiting too although I haven't seen any nests around here. Been stuck at home for the last week. The weather has just been bad to get out but I hope to get to the wetlands tomorrow. There are some old Oriole nests there and I was hoping to see some this spring.

Thanks Dennis. I just updated that thing last night. :)

OOps, didn't see your post Downy. Well, there a few places in that tree that line up with my window blind. This is one of them.

I swear I responded to this before. I must be losing it, Mitch.:confused::confused:

Anyway, very interesting, fun and well shot series. I really like the way you always seem to find interesting behavioral sequences to shoot. Nice.

Thanks Ed, sometimes it just falls into place. :)

Ed, I always use the tripod, even at my window blind. Makes all the difference. ;)

Thanks Gary. It is one of those days, cloudy bright and the light coming from everywhere. The tree they are in is a small wild cherry tree, so fairly open above them.

Very nice series Mitch. I like seeing the rich green foliage from edge to edge.

Nice sequence Mitch. They look so young for this kind of behavior.... they grow up
so fast.

Thanks Kevin and George. I don't know if these guys are young. Too early for here anyway. I have several pairs of House Finches here though, in all stages it seems. :)
