How to batch watermark in Photoshop 7.0 with an EPS?

I have an EPS file from a web designer with my logo. I want to automate using this as a watermark on my images, with it being in the same place regardless of image size. How can I do this? I've tried an action but I'm failing to set it up properly - assuming it can even be done with an action. If it needs to be a script & anyone knows how to do it that way I'd appreciate the help. But I really don't care if it's a script or an action, as long as I can do it.

OK I sorta got it figured out. But I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make the location absolute rather than relative. Or maybe I want it relative instead of absolute. I'm not sure.

I just want it to show up in the same location each and every time, instead of being dependent upon the image dimensions.

Have a look at russel browns' site. There is an action 'Digital Watermark Branding'. Look at the QT movie. Might give you some ideas

Hmm thanks for the link Rene. I'm off to a good start from that, but since I'm using an .eps graphic file instead of a path some of the steps don't apply. I'm still having problems getting the watermarks to be the same size on both images. Alignment is good but there's a discrepancy in the actual size of the watermark. Oye.
