backup Bridge & photoshop cs3 preferences

hi
how can i backup bridge & photoshop cs3 preferences?

C:\Documents and Settings\mantra\Dati applicazioni\Adobe\Bri​dge CS3

here i can find only Workspaces and i backup them :D
but i don't know where are the preferences...

can somebody tell me which directories should i backup for photoshop & bridge CS3?

Why? Preferences are pretty small not much there really.

True Image 10 has a applications backup feature. I am not sure if it recognizes all of the latest software though. Check it out here (external link). You can also download the manual from that page as well.

\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop\9​.0\Adobe Photoshop CS2 Settings

\Application Data\Adobe\CameraRaw - do not back up the cache but your ACR preferences are stored here.

I do not back up the Application directories individually but I do back up all my Application Data directories using Syncback. http://www.2brightspar​ks.com/ (external link)

Do not forget to back up your actions.

Why? Because it takes some time to get my PS configuration to my liking. If PS misbehaves, it only takes a moment to restore the configuration to a working one that is already set to my preferences and workspace.

do u know where are the preferences of bridge
like metadata , windows and other stuff
