Even though you said Styx, I couldn't tell... And even after the second pic appeared, I had to look several times to confirm the keyboard player... It's actually a pretty good pic of him... I find several pics like this, when adjusting the "Temperature" slider in Photoshop... Especially the red light temperatures... They seem to reveal lots of recoverable photos... But it's not always possible to find a hidden image under the "Reds"... jevidon wrote in post #3179016 My roommate played devils advocate one night and asked "are you ever really going to look at all of those photos again?" The answer doesn't have to be no, but the OP's photo is a perfect example - sometimes you don't see how great the image is until later on and it's much better to still have that photo than to be stuck without it. ![]() It really looks like only the totally out of focus and totally bad frame pics would get errased... Any pics with contrast issues ... marginal focus... especially under exposures.. should be retained... After all, it's only a little bit more memory... John Stoy
