I know they ship from HK which doesn't matter to me. ![]() I purchased a pair of B+W filters and a pair of Giottos rocket blowers (everything arrived pretty quickly, in retail packaging and otherwise pretty well packed, in good shape) from them through eBay and had a good experience. I wish I'd known about the website (hvStar) at the time; seems cheaper that way than through the auction site. I may try a polarizer through the website.... My Newbie Gear

Dah-Dee Member 163 posts Joined May 2005 Location: Richmond, Virginia More info | May 10, 2007 20:52 | #7 There's a dedicated hvStar/maxsaver/besteastern thread in this forum, where some discussion involved speculation that this seller might be shipping fakes. I don't know what to think of that. The B+W 67mm UV MRC filter I got from them looks exactly the same as the same item I bought from B&H at approximately the same time. Packaging is the same, too. Weird. My Newbie Gear
