I set up my trusty tripod and took 3 exposures: one properly exposed and then one each +/- 2 stops.

May 10, 2007 23:19 | #7 Thanks for the comments. I do think that the colors are over-saturated, but, at the same time, that is the look I wanted. The HDR gives it the surreal look, might as well finish it up by oversaturing it and giving it that kind of "WOW" look. Bryan

The halo's just make me think it's been over pushed though, they dont add to the surrealism, for me anyway. If you're going over the top then why not try going over board with high-pass sharpening too.... that really adds to somemover-the-top HDR's IMHO. - Matt

I like the vivid colors, and I like the composition. But, I see it as art, not as a realistic photographic depiction of the scene. Very nice! A B&W guy in an RGB world!
