You shot Raw, so the file is 3505x2336 pixels. That's about 11 inch wide at 300 dpi. If you do some decent interpolation, it should print fine at a (much) larger size.
I've printed 70x100cm off a 1D2 Large jpg, and 3,5 meters wide off a RAW...

Interpolate, and maybe add a bit of noise.

There are numerous softwares out there that do a great job of up-sizing your images.

My favorite is Genuine Fractals that can be found on http://www.ononesoftware.com/detail.php?prodLine_id=2 (external link)

"As big as possible"?

Print out each pixel on a sheet of paper 1m square. Make sure the back of each sheet is labelled with the location of the pixel in the photograph. Assemble a large team of helpers and equip them with copious quantities of sticky tape. Find a farmer who is willing to let you borrow a field that is 3.5 km by 2.5 km. Wait for some good weather. Assemble the photo in the field. A few months later, look at it on Google Earth.

(You might be able to get some sort of arts grant for a project like this.)

See if the GC would permit the image to be printed on canvas.
The texture of the canvas will help in hiding any pixelization.
If the image is spot-on sharp you can sometimes get away with 72dpi, with no interpolation, and it will look great!
