I'd also try using neutral backgrounds.thanks - I'd ask you to come & help redecorate, but then again I'm not sure...

nice - this was natural lighting and using ISO 400 so like the way it handles it. Would have set the focus to * if using it permanently like I'm used to with the 20D but don't like to fiddle with other's settings too much

Apeture was f/2 - probably too thin for something only a couple of feet away.
Wouldn't have thought of doing a selective sharpen - thanks. Have tried a quick edit in colour.
