So their manager had me come out for their CD release festivities. 200 kids in a church basement. No air conditioning. Batteries in my 580ex exploded.....But I still had a blast, surprisingly. It was fun for a change of pace. Full gallery link here (external link).

Yeah, I've been to that place before, though not to shoot. It does get a little muggy...nice crowd interaction though. I'd say you did well despite your battery mishap, hope their manager was pleased.

Much as I hate shutter drag I like ALL of these except #7. I would, of course, have had a heart attack in such circumstances! Grand job.

that's funny because for me 7 is a standout; unusual perspective (shooting behind the drummer) and you've nailed the comp w/ his jesus arm tattoo. love it. good use of the fisheye as well. what's the exif on the last few? flash?

oohh cool set with fleash, i really like actually there are only 2 i dont like 3 and 6, the rest are awesome, great work with the Fish eye, loving the shots with out flash tho, 1 and 5 do it for me, really great interaction, im almost getting hit with energy lol, and i like the capture in5, really cool set.
