Like number 3. Wish it had a tighter crop.

I really like all the threads you've made. Some really good pictures. I really like aircraft and airshows but unfortunately I'm living in the wrong country.

Billy, what lens did you use for these shots. The Thunderbirds are coming to the UK this year so I'd like to gets some similar shots.

i used the 100-400 IS for all the thunderbird shots.

did you use a monopod? The picture have no shake at all!!!!

It's gonna suck dragging them across the pond!

Nope, IS + high shutter speed = no blur

great shots on my favorite subjects! Unfortunately I will not be able to see the Thunderbirds at this years air show....they are booked for a show in FL for the same weekend as the air show here...HUGE BUMMER!! As a matter of fact, if they can't swing a main performance demo team, I doubt the air show would even be worth going to.

Nice set,they are in the uk this year lets see how they stand up to the reds.
