[SIZE=2]Amazing photoshop work ! Check out this link,,go to the one marked "photoshop skills" ! It’s unbelievable. (After you watch the video ) Could someone PLEASE tell me what tool is being used to shrink the circular sections??

If at ALL possible, get the student edition of PS CS3, register for a class at a local university on Photoshop and basically get PS for free with the savings =)

Depends on the price of the class you are taking. Obviously its not truly free, but if you actually take a class on PS, get the value from that class AND get the software itself for a great discount, it's a better deal than paying full retail AND having to teach yourself or compile 400 tutorials of varying quality from around the web.
