i'm curious to know which are your essential & necessary softwares
the software that u need , that can't live without

would u like to share with me ?


canon 5d markII,24L & 24ts , 35L ,17-40L,24-70L,70-200 2.8ISL,50 1.4,85 1.4 , canon eos 3 ,eos 5 ,t90 , ae program and some very sweet fd lenses

Photoshop CSx & Sony Vegas/DVD Architect...those are about the only things I couldn't live without.

My essential? Just a raw converter. In my case Lightroom


Hmmm, okay, perhaps Lightroom isn't just a raw converter, but anyways, it's the one key piece of software for me.

Agree, If going for just ONE piece of software... I'd go with a RAW converter too (Lightroom for me.) Even if I can't do layers, and filters... I still get image organization, and great color and grayscale adjustments.

But technically, I believe I could "live" without it... apparently people lived for thousands of years without ANY software, belive it or not. ;)
