I am quite new to digital SLRs. I am preparing for a trip to Alaska and this morning I got a treat to watch a heron fish. Wow, was that fun! I took these pictures with my 200L and the Sigma 1.4 TC.

Very nice crystal clear shots. I've never noticed the stripes on the neck before.

Great shots....sharp ! And the fishing action is great too.
You might have underexposed them though by about 1/3 EV or so.;)
