hello to all
well havent been on latley pc problems:mad: .

only had time over the weekend for a couple a brife setions .
wheather was bright ,cloudy ,rain .

love the colours on these they are still nervous in the garden and i dont get a lot of time to postion the shot moving the lens very slowly and having to shoot p/r and l/s can be a pain.

im still clocking up the starling image with beautiful colour's at the moment make for a good subject.

l/t/tit done at about 5.30pm uk time raining and very dull 1/80 shutter at 500mm iso 1600 tripod.

last the face you dont normaly see wood pigeon cropped 66%

Fine shots indeed, the exposure, sharpness, focus.....all is right on.
One nit......your framing/cropping is boxing up your birds too tightly for my taste.;)

petkal ill take that into consideration next time . these shots jsut did'nt look right with the normal 2/3rd look. but thanks for comments

A beautiful series here with the second one being my favourite ( I would clone/parch out the two off sticks and frame it). The fifth image is hilarious but they all very good!

I don't think petkal means the frame's aspect ratio, but rather the size of the bird within...a little tight in most of them.

I really, really, really like the wet bird shot!! The colors in the second starling shot are very stunning!
