These are a couple of my favorite sparrows due to there songs and plumage.
They are very small sparrows but little beauties.

The first is a swamp saprrow on a worn cattail. I have been envisioning this shot for 2yrs and it finaly came together on a beautiful spring morning.

The second is a chipping sparrow. Very small but it's song can be heard from blocks away.

Beautiful Marc. How big is the swamp sparrow next to the chipper? I have 4 chippers here daily and they come within 4 feet of me with no fear. I think they might be the smallest bird I've seen except a hummer.

Both are very nice with the Swamp Sparrow being a cut obove for the perch and perspective...gives the viewer a good idea of how small these guys are. Special!!
