ID Please - Cape May Warbler?

Took these tonight, but am unsure as to the ID. Based on searching through Sibley's, its something like a Cape May Warbler, or perhaps an Olive sparrow. It was uniformly grey in colour.

Nice, and I think chubri is right about the catbird. The black skullcap is distinctive. I have one photo, but mine is hiding even better than this one.
