White Crowned Sparrow

White Crowned sparrows have been visiting my backyard each spring for several years. I've been trying to get a shot of these beautiful birds for quite a while and yesterday I was finally successful!

There is a certain moodiness to these capture that I really like. Very well done, Stephen.

The White-crowned are unusual visitors to our part of the country. They show up but never in any great numbers.
