There is always something new for me at this place. I think I get a new life list bird every time I go there.

Good shots! Was this high DOF day? I see you shot most at ISO 640 and F 11-13!

Thanks Allen. No, this was totally stupid day. I used those settings for the egret shots in bright sunlight as I first came into the park. You can guess the rest. ;)

Well, the ISO 640 was actually from last night... :(

I still do that to but a little less than before. I would see something and get excited and totally forget my settings were totally screwed. Now I double check all info in viewfinder before each new pose.

It wasn't til after the Tree Swallow shots, well into the second 2gig card, that I realized what I'd done. Duhhhh....

Can I blame it on the Old Forresters from Saturday? :D

Thanks Karen. I love those two shots. Not the best, but funny. You know, he put those feathers back in order in like 2 seconds. Amazing how he did it. And such a small bird. Tiny really. :)

Thanks Peter. Yes, the Bigma, and I had the 1.4x Sigma TC on it for the Egret and Cliff Swallow shots. It's all I use now. :)
