The only transforms I can get to work are linear. I'd like to be able to transform shapes radially. In other words I'd like to be able to curve objects to make them look round, or like they're folding. Any tips? I'm using Photoshop 7 (I know it's old) in case that matters.

I think your talking about vector shapes ? to transforn the shapes select your Path Selection tool , the small arrow at the bottom of the icon will give you options ,,, then grab the direct selection tool and click on an achor point in your shape , you can click and move that point around or adjust its bezier handles if the point has them , if it doesnt you can select the small arrow on the bottom of the Path Tool and then select the convert anchor tool and click and drag a point to convert it to have curve handles .

Thanks for the help. With having an older version, the Spherize or Pinch seam to be my best options (which still leave me limited).
