If it is the latter it could be their conversion. You might consider formating an image in PS for wallets and submitting this and see if the end product is any better. The wallets are formatted and uploaded. I have noticed the 8x10's are bright, the 5x7's lose just a little bit of the brightness and the wallets are nearly a gray background with the subject looking darker than normal. All of the prints are cropped to size in PSP and resized at 300-320ppi and everything is going well except for the wallets. EOS RebelG, XT & 30D
