Ordering new 1D mk II and selling old 10D...>! (UK!)

Yesterday I took the step of getting my name on the list for the 1D mk 2. Yippppeee. Bad news is that I am Number 7 on the list (LCE Reading).

I was amazed to see that they have a bigger waiting list for 10D's!

So - for a 12month old version, with 3 batteries/grip/28mm F1.8 Lens/twin charger what price should I ask?

Where is the smallest queue in the UK - Jessops think they could get me one in 6-8 weeks.
