Looks like Class starts at 10. I'm in central NJ and taking the train there, so if I can catch the 6am I will be in grand central before 8 and probably get a starbucks and a muffin on the way there and at the Javitts by 9 or so to get a good seat. If I miss the 6 I'll be hustling to be there by 10 =)

Unless folks are up for meeting in grand central lets plan on meeting in the grand foyer at the Javitts at say 9:15, we can try to get seats together. Not sure how big the class will be...

Oh and I'll be a 300 pound guy probably wearing a big dog's polo and carrying a tan crumpler backpack. I look like this:

Oh, and for anyone concerned about the prices at Del's the Bar menu is very reasonable for NYC, generous sandwich platters with fries for about $17, it's about that much at TGIFridays =)

The advantage to the bar area is its more casual of course and I think you can order from both menus.

That's a handsome picture of you. When you said you were a 300 pound gorilla, I figured you were older. You look like a babe :)

See ya on Thursday. I'm the old man with blond hair.

430?! I'd say the loss will help you very much in life...Good job! Keep it up!

Maybe we should go to WholeFoods instead! :p

I'll be the guy trying to correct my WhiteBalance next to the old blonde haired guy. My bald spot can be spoted from miles away!

OK, Tomorrow's the big day. Just looked through the literature and looks like registration starts at 9 so meeting between 9 and 9:15 out in the grand foyer looks like a go.

Just 3 of us?

Palladium or anyone else in?

If it's too confusing give my cell a call 908 461 7181 and we can narrow down a location.

Oh, and while it's not as high as the atmosphere, I don't think you'll have much luck bouncing flash in the grand foyer. It IS pretty cool architecturally tho:

I'm sure plenty of folks will be heading to the promised land:

Hopefully it's open, they have WEIRD hours:

I didn't notice any bald spot. I would have blown it up and posted it. ;)

Yes, RICHNY is coming also. He shot with Jargaguy (John) and I this past weekend.

I'll try to get there around 9 also. I'm bringing my notebook computer to hopefully follow along. I'm a slooooow learner.

I'm ready to go! I lost my voice on Tuesday and The Doc told me I have Laryngitis. I told him about the seminar and he said it's ok for me to go because it's not contagious. He told me to not talk much though. Lucky for me, Scott looks like he likes to yap alot!

I'm taking the Ferry in and walking the 2 blocks from there. I'll meet up with you guys in front of the doors to go in by where all the vendors will be.

John (jargaguy) Sam (kadath) and the infamous MDJAK (that'd be yours truly) attended the Scott Kelby Lightroom Seminar today. If it comes to your neck of the woods, run, don't walk, to register. I can't recommend it highly enough.
