Here are a few shots of a local Raptor center. Lighting was bad, so some were dark and some are flashed....CC welcome...still trying to learn...

OK, here are a couple of different shots of birds blinking...at first I couldnt figure out what happened to their eyes, but I think I caught them in mid blink....LOL

Nice shots indeed. The Peregrine Falcon would be my favourite.

I like the owl and the red tail hawk but they are all nice. Don't birds look eerie with that nictating membrane down over the eye??

Wonderful series of great looking raptors, pitty about the nititating membrane but the way they have caught the flash they almost look metalic here.

The eagle didnt have a flash with its nictating membrane, only the falcon...
