Help Identifying these two birds

I think the first MAY be a immature little blue heron but I'm not sure. The duck...I haven't a clue. Help and C&C appreciated.

1st is a Little Blue Heron.

The first one looks like a young Reddish Egret and the second one looks like one of those Muskovy ducks. I could be wrong though. :)

I agree with little blue heron and highly hybridized Muscovy duck.

The first is definitely a Little Blue--the whitish beak with black tip is what differentiates it from the Reddish Egret in my experience. It's actually an adult; the juvvies range from all-white to white with blue mottling; during breeding season, the head and neck become more purplish than usual.

The second is some sort of domesticated muscovy hybrid. Ugly little fellow, isn't he?
