The shutter starts working by itself and sends out the following morse code message: NIKON SUCKS, NIKON SUCKS, NIKON SUCKS

This condition can be remedied if you take photos of ducks at least once a week.

You'll notice it's the web site for a law firm. They don't care about reality, only billable hours.

Appear to be class-action ambulance chasers. If you go that route, expect to ultimately receive a check for $2.39 while the lawyer collect millions.

These kinds of people are why an electric hair dryer has a label telling you not to use it while showering or taking a bath.

Personally, if you are the kind of person inclined to shower or bathe with your hair dryer, please do! It thins the herd.

Can you say there's the reason there are so many lawyer jokes?

My brother-in-law's wife is a personal-injury lawyer. Believe me when I say I would never let her represent me in any matter of any kind. Absolutely no ethics at all.

My favorite lawyer "joke": The problem with lawyers is that 99% of them give the rest a bad name ;) (Sorry if I offend any lawyers, please don't sue me! ;))

God and Satan were arguing over Satan's tactics on Earth. The argument was getting nowhere.

Finally God said, "If you don't cease and desist, I'll sue!"

Satan replied, "Yeah, right! And where are you going to find a lawyer?"

This is what I replied yesterday on the dpreview forum:

The legal profession has had a very high profile in the public's mind for the past few years here in North America (Judge Judy to name one), and consequently many young people see it as a glamourous and profitable career choice (think of the current legal
proceedings regarding Conrad Black - if you think Mr. Greenspan only gets $500 per hour - think again).

Unfortunately, most of them don't end up in situations or cases noted above, and it appears that there are simply too many lawyers coming out of colleges.

How to make a living? Not too hard to think of one approach is it?

I have a very close friend that was a very successful lawyer and is now a judge - we discuss a few "things" on occasion (off the record), but he is not impressed with the current methodology of his former profession. His words to me on the topic were in effect, "good lawyers don't have to advertise".

When did voluptuous become voluminous?
