The 10th sounds good. Now let's hope for good weather. Also I was glancing at some of the people's gear list and wondering who will have the biggest camera bag! . I know it wont be me!:o

Is anyone going to be here the first weekend of June, the 2nd? I can do Sat in the morning or Sunday in late afternoon. I'm really not available after June 14. Yesterday would have been perfect. It was gorgeous here.

We have a car club meeting that day that's why I was making it anytime after that.

Hey Jon...loved meeting you at the Grand Canyon Wednesday. Go figure two DC area POTN guys meeting in the middle of the Arizona desert. Well there was that big crack in the Earth - yeah, that probably explains alot.

Well anyways, I see my friend roeddell has posted in here and I might as well post too. I'm in Woodbridge, and although I have a crazy work schedule - maybe I could get to one of these meetings. June 10th would be good for me too!

By the way Roeddell, before going to Arizona...the wife and I spent a night with H.E. Fidel Ramos in Vegas on Monday (he's from her home town and they had a large reunion event). I'll shoot you some photos from it as soon as I finish my post-processing.

Welp, I've got Vegas Strip and Grand Canyon photos to develop in PS. See you guys later.

If any other NVA events loom on the horizon though that would pretty cool.

So.....Sunday the 10th at 10am it is? Are we all planning to meet in a certain area, or just somewhere in or around the visitor center??

My parents live 5 minutes from there and I live (barring horrendous traffic) an hour south. I'd love to come and learn from all of you, but I'm so new at photography that I would feel more like a 3rd wheel. But besides that, my kids have activities all weekend and I wouldn't be able to make it anyway. I hope you have a lot of fun and please share your photos.

Have fun folks - got an air show at New Garden Airfield (N57.com) then.

We might have to skidaddle out of there which is unfortunate since I'm the one that set this up . Tim had applied for a manager position in Texas two weeks ago and just this week they called and wanted him to interview right away so he has to fly to San Antonio tomorrow. The plane leaves at 3pm so we wont be able to stay long .
