Very nice shot and pose. Don't you hate that chain link fencing?? Our zoo here uses it also and it screws up so many shots!

I can block out the chain link fence, but not the distress of a hunting bird being caged against it's will.

<rant>I understand the value in giving people the chance to see so many rare birds, but IMO, caged birds should be limited to those who have been injured and couldn't make it in the wild.</rant>

Hi Mitch
Thanks for the comments BUT: These were taken at a native wild life sanctuary where they receive animals that have been injured or have been confiscated by the authorities. The sanctuary then rehabilitates and then releases those that can fend for themselves in the wild. Those unfortunate ones that will not survive are then kept in a very large protective aviary for people to observe.
