You'd have quite a trip over the pond to all your assignments. And us eco-friendly english dont take kindly to frequent fliers.

Hey, I don't want to know what SHE has in mind for James! James came on here as a kid and now acts like an adult and many of us are watching out for him, SHE, so be kind! :-)

I'm more worried about the editor planning to place himself at the top of the hill and me at the bottom. I mean - they roll these 40 lbs slabs of cheese DOWN-hill.

Better dig out the monopod so I can defend myself.

True, but if you want i can tell you who to talk to at mag's like that if you want to start spamming your way forward.

NME, Kerrang! Mojo, Q, Artrocker, Disorder, Rock Sound, Play Music, Notion, TUNED... Name your mag.

So long as you dont start taking over from me! heehee.

x

I've already talked to one guy at Classic Rock and they didn't seem to be too interested in freelancers. I think they buy from agencies mostly.

The others on your list I would love to attack but first I want to get my portfolio sorted. It will be a while before I get that done. I will take you up on the offer.

Better have your running shoes on... Just turn around and run... or the 40 lb. cheese wheel will get ya... and don't try to fight it off with your monopod... Or the monopod will stick ya...

I can see it now... running away, while swinging your monopod to beat the cheese wheels off... soooo, you're supposed to do all of that while trying to take pictures? Who got you into this deal... a friend of yours? :p

Only once years ago, did I catch a faint glimpse on a "Funniest Video's" show... Where a bunch of people ran down a hill chasing cheese wheels... It looked like a pretty rough sport, or a beer drinkers festival event...

You'd better post some pictures of the action... cause it's got to be amusing to say the least... and obviously, I'm uncertain of exactly what goes on there...:D

Well, James survived the coffee this morning. So did I. However - James claims he saw Dwight in the Cheltenham Starbucks. Guess he got over here to spy on us.

Went window shopping and drewling over a 30D.

As my housemate and another friend are both cannon shooters, the kid about to become one and we also have Tipsy on here we should do a total canon user group meeting. I have the perfect location. :-)

And guess who was in bed with a head cold from hell. Of course I'm much better today and back in the office.

Oh well - next year. *sigh*

Of course that's all right... It was a crazy scene out the, lasting a total of only 5 or 10 seconds at most...

They keep showing it on various news broadcasts and you can't see the cheese... The wheel is so small and moving so fast, you wouldn't have had anything to shoot at...
So, you take care of your self and we'll wait for next time... :D
