Hi All, Couple of printing ?'s

I used to use an inkjet to print my picutres, but they got so expensive to run, and annoying over ink blockages etc. time sorting it out if not used that often. I went to online printing services
But recently saw some prints of this printer, and was extrmely impressed, but still the cost of the all pictures (small ones more expensive) seem to be same as on line prices, so you really are only paying for convenience

1/ Anyone have any experience of this printer
2/ Do most photogs use Printers now, or just send everything off online ETC.
3/ If someone does use this printer, can you obtain far cheaper Hi end good quality paper, that brings overall cost of printing down A4 upwards? or you use the HP papers?
Can you get the paper a lot cheaper if bought in bulk etc.

I live in the UK

Thanks

I'm using a B9180 - I believe you've found your way over to photo-i where there's a lot more discussion of this machine. I'm using the same user name over there.

The best prices I'm aware of for the printer and supplies is from LambdaTek (external link) - they may not be the very cheapest on every item, but overall I've found them the cheapest supplier.

David
